The Office Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the office team. The Office Manager coordinates the daily activities of the office team, monitors the work flow within, delegates work assignments, assures appropriate training is maintained, assists team members in problem resolution, provides reports of individual and team performance to the Practice Manager, and serves in the absence of the Practice Manager.

 

*Must have an MA diploma and be a current Certified Medical Assistant*

Must have supervisory experience* 

Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred. 

Experience Years: Minimum seven (7) years medical office experience.

Experience Industry: Healthcare.
