Because of this rising demand, we are hiring more fully licensed mental health therapists to work as Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors. You will be a part of the largest therapists’ network in the nation.

Job Objective:

To provide mental health counseling services via video chat through individualized counseling and life skills training to stable and low-acuity adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience practicing independently without supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
• Strong computer literacy skills
