We are an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our Land O Lakes Administration office. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The role is responsible for the training of Intergy, IEHR, Encounter Note, and other various supporting documents.

Keys to Success in this Role:
- Perform training of current and new curriculum as required
- Develop/maintain training materials
- Provide assistance/technical support as required for Intergy, IEHR, Encounter Note, etc.
- Ensure support provided is documented and tracked using calendars, ticket system, and/or Learning Management system
- Perform incidental duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clinical practice knowledge required
- Strong Help Desk Skills
- Knowledge of Intergy and IEHR systems
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups as necessary
- Must be willing to travel between offices as needed
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Average physical ability. Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Normal concentration.
- Normal verbal and written communications skills.
Occupational Exposure:
- Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
