Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, preferred but not required
- Construction accounting/management is a real plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit, background and drug test required
Responsibilities: - GL input (receipts and journal entries) and analysis
- Payroll processing
- Rent Checks Processing in Yardi Payment Processing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in budget development and loading into Yardi
- Inter company billing and reimbursements
- Prepare standard accounting and financial reports for Management
- Special Projects to assist the Controller and the Director of Property Management
