Paid Media Manager
The Paid Media Manager will oversee all paid advertising initiatives for the business driving traffic and revenue through key advertising channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily create and optimize all paid advertising campaigns, viable audience targeting, and budgets across Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other paid digital platforms.
- Possesses technical capabilities to troubleshoot tracking setup and integrations, manage product catalog feeds, platform connectors, pixel setup, and maintain wherever necessary.
- Coordinate in-depth analytics among recent digital marketing traffic and acquisition efforts and share findings with internal teams.
- Work confidently within various Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) platforms monitoring attributed performance across all channels.
- Understand and make decisions based on incrementality testing and MMM modeling at scale.
- Analyze competitor online marketing activities to identify opportunities and threats within the market.
- Identify opportunities in creative trends to then submit digital asset content requests from the various creative teams as needed for all placements.
- Capable of copywriting for all paid advertisements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong experience in building campaign structures and implementing best-in-class strategies throughout all media channels without assistance.
- Knowledge of technical tagging and pixel event implementations through all media channels.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Catalog Manager, connectors, shop setup, and associated strategies for social and 3rd party marketplace commerce.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and e-commerce best practices along with their associated tech stacks including Shopify+.
- Analytical and data-driven while being able to communicate findings and recommendations in support of all departments.
- Strong proficiency in web-based analytics tools, including GA, Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires the implementation of various high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours, including off regular business hours as well as weekends.
