In this role you will be
- Facilitating Americas Call Center day-to-day activities
- Share continual responsibility to ensuring calls are handled efficiently and effectively
- Perform entry level customer service duties -Receive inbound telephone, email and web requests
- Problem solving- assist the team to meet and exceed the required level of service, performance, orders and revenue targets
- Acts as a front-line team to triage hardware and software, finance, distribution, logistics, IT, business analyst, cross functional teams
- Process spare parts orders, quotations, and customer inquiries via fax, email, and e-commerce
- Evaluate purchase orders and scope of work and payment schedules to meet company compliance policies
- Generate daily/weekly unshipped orders reports, manage back-order status and schedule shipments
- Generate lead opportunities for the Service team with accurate tracking and follow up
- Proactively make customer aware of product promotions
- Identify part numbers and availability for customer inquiries in partnership with the hardware/software team
- Perform computer record searches to check warranty and contract status for instrument service needs for the customer
- Coordinate/Dispatch communications and information to field service
- Process daily work order transfers
- Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Salary: $26/ hr (long term contract)
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm, "onsite"

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of previous experience Required!
- Previous working experience in a heavy Call Center and Customer Service role
- Previous experience using and Proficient in - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Oracle ERP, SFDC or Service Max Preferred!
- Ability to be customer service focused with a high sense of urgency
- Skills to be successful - strong phone, verbal and email communication skills along with active listening, conflict resolution, high attention to detail, ability to follow-up and multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
