• FP or IM accepted
• 2 locations to choose from - one city and one rural
• Outpatient primary care clinic setting - no hospital rounding
• Mon-Fri 8-5 type schedule - no call
• Must be Board Certified
• Salary based on MGMA standards based on experience
• Partnership Track options
