Job description
We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office, that is seeking a dentist due to high demand in the area. They have many established patients already established as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. The office has hundreds of online reviews averaging 5 stars!
The office is mostly fee for service and a couple of PPO plans. The office is completely state of the art, with digital x-rays, paperless charting, intraoral cameras and a CBCT. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an experienced and long tenured staff as well.
Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week, but would consider a dentist anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week. General restorative procedures is all that is required but they can offer wonderful mentoring in advanced procedures.
They are offering a competitive daily minimum of $800/day and 33% of collections, health insurance, retirement plan (with a 3% match), and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 350K per year depending on experience and procedures performed.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
