The Red Bicycle Coffee in Germantown, Nashville, TN is looking for kitchen staff to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Kitchen experience preferred but not necessary. Part time and Full time positions available. Day and night shifts available

Responsibilities

• *Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Stock inventory *This position also receives tips on top of your hourly wage *Cross training as barista

Qualifications

• *Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred not required, as long as you're willing to learn. *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail *Able to multitask *Work well under stress

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
