Description:
Our Client is seeking a talented and collaborative User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
- Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in designing within its ecosystem is a plus.
- Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals.
- Proficiency in Figma to create and share design artifacts with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Background as a business analyst or process analyst is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma is preferred.
