More work per car means you’re busy, but the right kind of busy. Don't get me wrong we still do oil changes but it's not our identity and not the priority of our advertising. Broken cars with payment plans is our identity. Imagine a $5000 engine job that the customer can do for $140 a month. How many more would say yes, knowing they can spread out the cost over time? The truth is a lot more people say yes! A lot more people fix their cars right.
It's 2024, we are still in a recession, election years always make people tighter with their money. Nationally fewer people are fixing their cars, but they don't want to buy a new one @ 9% interest either. Having low payments over time bridges the gap and makes the choice easy.
