Operations Business Analyst II

As a member of the Aon Affinity Delivery Management Office (DMO) team the operations Business Analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive perspective of Aon Affinity business unit solutions and processes, working with stakeholders to elicit, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and a minimum of three days in office at our Fort Washington, PA location.

As the main point of contact between the DMO and the Life and Health business you will help shepherd projects through to successful results by gathering requirements from a business area and presenting them in ways that are understandable and actionable by the organization.

The main responsibility will be to directly manage and perform all configuration needed to ensure new programs, plans, rates and supporting sets ups as well as updates are formally initiated in InsPro. Must be able to act independently, provide information for certain business decisions, and collaborate with business partners and project teams to influence and advance initiatives. This role will provide intrinsic value to the organization, as the Business Analyst will enhance procedures and spearhead improvement processes to continue to manage initiatives and product related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and management skills to keep projects in scope.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $82,000 to $98,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
