Job description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to support a small team in both front-end and back-end development of web applications or software. The ideal candidate will be able to work on all aspects of a project, including designing user interfaces, creating databases, and writing server-side code. We need strong experience in C#, CSS , SQL , ReactJS, JavaScript, and several other wide range technologies to handle various task throughout the software development process from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate must have lead/ Senior experience managing a team and supporting stand-up meetings with executives/ C-levels to discuss progress and plans for new and current existing projects; including deadlines, budget, and solutions.
Additional responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing tasks and priorities for the day, participating in stand-up meetings to discuss progress and plans on projects
2. Front-End Dev: Working on the user interface and user experience design for internal employees
3. Back-End Dev:Writing serve side code, creating databases, and developing APIs to handle data processing and applications
4. Debugging and Testing: Identifying and fixing bus, writing unit tests, ad performing quality assurance to ensure the application functions correctly
5. Meetings: must attend meetings for project updates, brainstorming sessions, and discuss relation ongoing development task
6. Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for improvement, both in terms of code quality and development processes
*This role must be willing to be hybrid for important meetings and work in Arizona or Michigan. This role will include some travel for major meetings with executives.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with Microservices; a software architectural approach to an application is broke down into small independent services that are responsible specific and well-define task.
- Proficiency in C#, .Net, ReactJS, JavaScript, iOS, Android, Shell Scripting, SQL , HTML , and CSS .
- Strong understanding of Web Services ( SOAP & Rest).
- Experience with version control using Git.
- Experience with API development
- Experience scaling small and large projects; ability to jump into a new or existing project and adapt under strict deadlines – Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Experience or background in a healthcare/ pharmacy company or environment null
