Reporting directly to the Commercial & Brand Director, your primary objective will be to ensure the achievement of robust top-line sales across diverse markets, encompassing all brands and retail channels. You will carry the pivotal responsibility of overseeing and optimising retailer investments, maintaining a meticulous focus on fostering profitable growth. Additionally, you will play a key leadership role, steering the direction and development of a dedicated team of six Account Managers. Your influence will extend across all facets of the sales landscape, making your strategic contributions vital to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales across brands, channels, and markets, maintaining key retail partner relationships for growth.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations for effective forecasting and stock optimisation.
• Work closely with Brand Marketing & Education teams for consistent brand marketing.
• Develop business plans for key partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Analyse workflows, make recommendations, and implement new processes for business improvement.
• Participate in the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead and inspire the sales team, aligning them with the vision.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports, utilising data for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments for necessary training and education.

Required Skills

• Sales experience in the prestige beauty industry or a comparable field. The ideal candidate will possess a background in managing prestigious accounts in the UK, including SpaceNK and Cult Beauty, as well as key European retailers like Sephora EU and Douglas.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Adept negotiator, unafraid of challenges, and skilled at building robust relationships.
• Capable of leading, managing, and motivating a team of six direct reports.
• Demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude and thrives in a smaller team setting.
• Enjoys hands-on involvement and seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking, and progressive work environment.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly across the business and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Tenacious and resilient self-starter with a creative approach.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse and varied workload.
• Passionate about change management and adept at working with agility.
• Customer-centric, commercially focused, and cost-conscious.
