Imperial Dade is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vendor Program Coordinator to become an integral part of our Supplier Management team. This pivotal role is dedicated to reducing rebate days outstanding and maximizing revenue collection.

You will:

• Engage directly with our vendor community to reduce delinquency on accounts and improve cashflow
• Collaborate with the manager on past due balances
• Prepare and post money to system
• Research payment discrepancies
• Maintain clear, cohesive notes, documentation, and forms
• Establish contact with vendors by sending emails and making phone calls.
• Ensure proper escalation processes are followed when needed, maintaining a structured approach to issue resolution.
• Participate in special projects and provide administrative support where necessary.

Salary range: 50,000 to 55,000

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
