Description: - Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.
- Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
- Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Responsible for taking care of administrative burdens, customer expectations around schedules, costs, how things get done (what is asked of the PMs is more complex)
MUST HAVE: - 5-10 years experience in PM role
- HVAC Commercial experience - HVAC units over 100 tons per unit - larger scale, heavier metal experience.
- Degree is necessary for this role
- 95% of the companies projects are large remodels in the millions
- Proficient with MS Office Suite & Outlook (word, excel, MS Project is currently what they use, but moving towards Procore)
- Excellent Communication skills (oral & verbal) – customer facing
