Job description

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing company at our Irvine, CA . Physical Therapists of all levels of experience. We offer relocation assistant. PTLA are encouraged to apply!

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics throughout Orange County . Please see below for our locations:

• Irvine
• Orange
• Rancho Santa Margarita
• Dana Point

The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.

• Starting salary at $85,000- $100,000 (Depends on experience) plus monthly productivity bonus - Highly competitive and negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
• Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care
