Job description

The Assistant Director of Community Engagement will administer, develop, and maintain service-learning relationships across the University’s campus and community, and serve as a member of the Student Activities team. The employee will train their student staff and volunteers to moderate presentations and lead Community Engagement efforts. Required qualifications include Bachelor’s degree (conferred on an official transcript at the time of application.), Able to demonstrate a theoretical foundation in the principles and practices of leadership and student development theory and practice, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervisory and management experience, expertise in programming and event planning, experience with managing budgets and 3 years of experience(may include graduate work experience).
