Job description
Large top-tier law firm is seeking a Technology Support Analyst for its Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid position. Analyst should have at least two years of experience in areas including software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio visual, telephony, and security systems. The Analyst should have a working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, document management systems, mobile devices, conference room technology, VOIP, networking, and ticketing systems. Must have excellent communication, troubleshooting and customer service skills. This is a direct hire opportunity with full/excellent benefits.
