Automatic transmission Technician
OC Welch Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Ford certified Automatic Transmission Technician for our busy service department. Sign on bonus for the right candidate!
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Strong automotive background
- at least 2 years of automatic transmission experience
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership specifications.
- Test-drive vehicles.
- Communicate with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service recommendations and so customers can be aware of time and cost estimates.
- Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
