Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who will lead the execution of marketing initiatives. The VP of Marketing will work alongside other senior management members to align marketing initiatives with company goals, ensuring the best possible service and effective communications with new and existing clientele.

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated successful marketing experience at the executive level
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services, preferably real estate or lending
• Experience managing a growing team, delegation of work and clear and direct communication company wide
• Positive attitude, high energy, high degree of organization and self-motivation
• Attention to detail coupled with high demands

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the most senior level marketing executive in the company, providing additional support in strategy and management initiatives
• Develop annual marketing plans that address overall strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve organizational goals
• Understand the company’s products, services, and distribution channels to develop effective segmentation strategies with targeting messaging and value propositions to improve branding and overall recognition
• Utilize marketing technology tools including automation, CRM, and content management systems
• Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. Implement various incentives to ensure these are achieved
• Create, manage, and review marketing spend and budget allocation
• Collaborate with other departmental leaders, specifically sales to increase traffic 
• Oversee and direct marketing research, marketing campaigns, and the development and implementation of marketing efforts
