As a Remote Adventure Travel Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and promoting adventurous travel experiences for clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in planning and booking adventure trips, providing destination expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the travel process. Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Consult with clients remotely to understand their adventure travel preferences, interests, and requirements.
  2. Itinerary Planning: Create customized adventure travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences, including outdoor activities, wilderness excursions, and adrenaline-filled experiences.
  3. Destination Research: Stay updated on adventure travel destinations, attractions, outdoor activities, and local guides to provide accurate and insightful recommendations to clients.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of adventure travel packages, tours, accommodations, transportation options, and related services offered by the company.
  5. Booking Management: Handle reservations, bookings, and payments for adventure travel experiences, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  6. Logistical Support: Coordinate logistics for clients' adventure trips, including transportation arrangements, equipment rentals, permits, and special requirements.
  7. Safety Guidelines: Provide clients with essential safety information, travel advisories, and guidelines for participating in adventure activities, prioritizing their well-being and security.
  8. Customer Support: Offer prompt and courteous assistance to clients throughout their adventure travel journey, addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies as they arise.
  9. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service, fostering trust, and exceeding their expectations.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, adventure tour operators, guides, and local partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of adventure travel experiences.
  11. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote adventure travel packages and upsell additional services to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
  12. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
  13. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new adventure travel destinations, and emerging outdoor activities to enhance expertise and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Passion for Adventure Travel: Enthusiasm for outdoor adventures, wilderness exploration, and adrenaline-driven activities, with personal experience in adventure travel preferred.
