Randstad is seeking an individual with a solid understanding of health insurance, a professional demeanor, adeptness in interacting with diverse demographics, dynamic organizational abilities, and a proven track record of dependability to fill a contract-to-hire position and an Enrollment Specialist. Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Medicaid preferred. Experience using the KYnect system is helpful but not required. This position is 100% in the office located in Downtown Louisville. Part time hours between 8AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday (20-25 hours per week) Apply today!

Responsibilities

• Deliver crucial outreach and educational efforts focused on a range of healthcare insurance products, catering to uninsured consumers and small employers (SHOP) seeking health insurance
• Aid consumers in comprehending diverse insurance alternatives, federal tax subsidies, public plans, plan perks, co-payments, and associated cost-sharing responsibilities
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with individuals requiring education and support during the enrollment process
• Provide customer service to individuals as they register or input details into the Kynect Benefits self-service portal
• Monitor the progress of pending applications
• Address customer inquiries by confirming comprehension of each query, gathering and researching pertinent information, compiling and delivering accurate information, and confirming the customer's understanding of the information provided.
• Uphold up-to-date weekly reports and records as mandated, documenting performed services and individuals assisted.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessitated
