Note: 6 month contract Remote but candidate should be near Culver city, Cupertino, or New York Job Description: Company is seeking a talented and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid user acquisition, focusing on paid media measurement and optimization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and revenue through affiliate marketing partnerships and paid media channels
Responsibilities: Affiliate Partner Management: Identify and establish relationships with partners to expand the Performance Partner marketing program.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance to maintain a healthy partnership ecosystem.
Paid User Acquisition: Develop best practices for paid user acquisition through permissible marketing channels.
Help partners optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and user acquisition efficiency.
Paid Media Measurement and Optimization: Implement and maintain tracking and attribution processes to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
A/B test creatives, targeting parameters, and user flows- as applicable- to improve campaign performance.
Reporting and Analytics: Create regular reports detailing the performance of Performance Partner marketing and paid media campaigns.
Share insights with the marketing team to drive informed decision-making and evolve the Performance Partner program.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all Performance Partner marketing activities comply with regulations and best practices.
Maintain brand integrity and quality control in Performance Partner marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing and paid user acquisition, with a focus on paid media measurement and optimization.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.
Proficiency in using tracking and analytics tools.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
