Job description

Premium gun manufacturer in Fort Smith seeks highly motivated individual to be trained as GUN TECH. Primary responsibilities include fielding inbound phone calls to assist in resolving technical questions, responding to email inquiries, and processing parts orders. Ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills, be exceptionally organized, well versed in keying orders, and have a general knowledge of firearms and/or airguns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field inbound phone calls to help resolve technical questions
• Process small parts orders
• Provide technical assistance via email
• Process website orders
• Write gun repair estimates
• Process inbound guns for repair
• Pack and ship repaired guns
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptionally organized
• Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent typing skills
• Great telephone skills
• General knowledge of firearms and/or airguns
