Job Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership to a team of technicians at our Las Vegas location offering mentorship and training to the technician team.
ADAS Calibration Expertise: Execute precise ADAS calibration leveraging your 5 years of experience with a focus on electrical diagnostics to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards.
Documentation and Compliance: Thoroughly document repairs using stateoftheart software to contribute to liability mitigation and maintain transparency. Ensure compliance with OE standards.
Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Interact directly with clients utilizing your customer service skills to build relationships. Demonstrate a customerfriendly approach and the ability to address client needs effectively.
Collaboration with Partners: Collaborate with dealerships and collision centers forming strategic partnerships to assist them with diagnostics and calibration needs.
Continuous Learning and Training: Embrace and contribute to Our Clients commitment to ongoing training staying at the cutting edge of technology in the automotive service industry.

Requirements

Qualifications: 5 years of experience in ADAS calibration or related automotive service roles. Highly experienced in electrical diagnostics. Proficiency in using OE scan tools and software directly from the manufacturer. Leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive team environment. Customer service experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Valid drivers license and ability to pass a drug screen.
