We have an outstanding opportunity to join a growing company who is looking to improve its leadership team!This is a fast paced food and beverage manufacturing environment with a new Sr Leadership Team who is raising the bar with regard to people development, systems and processes in the plant.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Minimum of 5 years leading high-speed food or beverage production teams
Track record of coaching and developing production supervisors
History of achieving results through a focus on fostering a Continuous Improvement mindset
Experience using KPI's to understand opportunities and coaching to close the gaps
Desire and ability to grow into other more senior Plant Leadership roles
