Job Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Director of Market Operations, the Intake Manager is responsible for managing the intake team and function within the designated market region, which encompasses all branches within Illinois. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with case management, RCM, and branch operation teams, with a focus on overseeing the direction and coordination of all activities related to intake development throughout the region.

**This position offers a flexible remote/hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of being available for in-person team meetings at our Chicago, IL headquarters.
