Job Opportunity: Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox
About the Role: A Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the company's databases and systems. They are responsible for entering and updating various types of data, ensuring its integrity and accessibility for use by other departments and stakeholders.
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary: $16.88 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
