Job description
LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE SOLDERING AND/OR ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE IN LITITZ, PA.
Description:
•Cut, strip, and label wire as indicated in work instructions. Apply shrink sleeving to wires and apply labels
• Terminate wires by placing pins through the use of manual or machine-assisted crimping, soldering, or lugging
• Populates wire connectors by mechanical hand placement or soldering of pins
• Utilizes guided assembly tools and machines such as Pinsight and Cirris to assist in connector population
• conduct pull test on wire assemblies and utilizes a hand tools to conduct push test on populated connectors
• Lays out and threads wire harness from completed wire assemblies by following a harness board diagram
• Bundles and ties cable after layout to create cable harness
• Ensure proper wire lay and positioning of solder sleeves to lay properly in the harness
• Obtains and maintains IPC 620 & 610 certification & JSTD 001 most current revision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, wire diagrams, and standard measurements
• Fine manual dexterity
• Ability to operate various machines and hand tools
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team
Shift:
1st: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Thursday), 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. every other Friday
Pay:
