Benefits

• Quarterly bonus
• Weekend pay differential
• FT - 4 shifts/week
• PT - 2 shifts/week
• 2-3 providers on shift at all times

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 12pm-8pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10am-8pm

Required Education/Experience:

• Eligible to sit for boards or currently board certified in pediatrics
• Valid license to practice as a doctor in the state of Virginia
• Experience in Pediatrics/ER/Urgent Care (preferred)
• While experience is preferred, KidMed is willing to train providers on how to perform procedures and during our 4 week orientation period.

What is KidMed?

KidMed cares for illnesses and injuries including evaluation and treatment of acute febrile illnesses, acute respiratory illnesses, and acute gastrointestinal illnesses. We treat lacerations, puncture wounds, abscesses, embedded foreign objects (in skin, ear canals, and nostrils), as well as fractures and other acute sports injuries. We specialize in pediatrics, age newborn through age 25.
