Job description

Franklin Square Cinemas in Frankfort, KY is looking for one concession stand associate to join our team. We are located on 1303 Us 127 South Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Must be 18 years of age.

$8.00 a hour and unlimited free movies for you and a guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
• Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
