What you’ll Do:

• ​The Contract Administrator role for Feature Animation, Legal Affairs will work with internal and external business partners to timely execute payments. 
• Tracking and updating accurate contractual terms and obligations. 
• Communicate with cross-functional team members regarding contractual rights and obligations. 
• Provide internal contract-related support post execution to various cross-functional teams. 
• Serve as one of the points of contact for onboarding and offboarding above-the-line talent within the organization to ensure an excellent experience for our talent. 

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in contract administration at a major studio, in legal affairs, and understanding of production payroll.
• BA or BS required.
• The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a focus on generating results and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and analysis.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and be able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to pivot and adapt shifting priorities without missing a beat.
• Knowledge and comfort with software systems in a legal environment such as deal management, document management, contract management, and  e-signature.
• Ability to ​read and ​understand ​legal contracts ​and articulate issues using​ creative, production or financial context.
• Skilled in providing superior customer service across a complex organization, as part of a central team.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fluency with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite.
• 839 and 700 IATSE PH&W knowledge preferred.
• Must have a passion for entertainment and be a fan of animated films for all audiences.

Location:  This role is based out of the Burbank office.

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for roles in this area of FAN is typically $38.26 - $61.44 / hour. This range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
