JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Strategist / Sr Email Marketing Executive to join our uber-fast growing team. We're looking for a highly-motivated EM Strategist with a proven track record of managing ROI positive email marketing campaigns.
As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will develop and manage strategies and execute email marketing automation and campaigns for our clients. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Above all, you need to be a good team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
KEY REQUIREMENTS : - At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, Multimedia, or similar
- 4+ years proven experience in email marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, particularly comfortable with SendGrid.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willing to support US working hours.
- Highly trainable and flexible (can work with a variety of clients globally).
