With that, we are looking to grow to our growing team and have a CAD Drafter join our team based out of Peachtree Corners, GA. We are open to entry-level CAD Drafters and training them, so we encourage those with familiarity with the software Revit and AutoCAD interested in building out a long-term career in drafting/design to apply!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Create 3D designs and technical drawings utilizing software such as Revit and AutoCAD to create schematics for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects based on project requirements and specifications
Ability to incorporate drawing details, pick up markups given by engineers and designers, and produce a final professional submission
Ensure drawings follow industry standards, project specifications, and file management practices
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients
Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate and precise technical drawings
Maintain organized files and documentation for easy reference
Communicate clearly, be detail-oriented, follow instructions, manage their time effectively, and keep track of several tasks at a time
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree with a focus in Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Technology, Drafting, or a related field is highly preferred
Must be familiar or proficient with Revit and/or AutoCAD
