Job Title: Quality Manager - Beverage Manufacturing
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN - ON-SITE - (Relocation Assistance Available) - Travel to CA required per quarter
Salary: $110k-$130k - Depending on experience
Requirements: 5+ years in Quality Management, SQF/PCQI/HACCP certified, SOP/GMP's, Formulas/Blending

What You Will Be Doing

You will monitor continuous improvement initiatives to assist efficiency in food safety/quality, by ensuring that all customer complaints, inquiries, internal hold events and deviations are logged, investigated, and corrected utilizing established protocols such as DMAIC. You will minimize business impact including: investigating, reporting root cause, corrective action, and preventive action. You'll lead plant audit readiness by organizing and participating in internal GMP inspections, SQF annual internal audits, trending data, driving internal improvement, and meeting regularly with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for leading regulatory inspections, third party audits (SQF and Organic), customer audits and kosher inspections. You'll train and develop quality technicians underneath you and manage the team to company standards.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Years in Quality/Food Safety Management (Preferably Beverage Manufacturing)
- Bachelor's Degree or better in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related fields
- Ability to lead the plant's HACCP plan in accordance with FDA Regulations and the SQF code
- SQF Practitioner preferred, PCQI, HACCP certified
- Comfortable cross-functionally within company teams and customer relations
- Ability to train quality technicians and build a strong QMS
- Willingness to travel to other plants out of state twice a quarter as needed
