As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Processor to join their finance team at the on-site location in Racine.
They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to play a crucial role in their finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their accounts payable processes. Accounts Payable Processor Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
Collaborate with vendors to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments, adhering to payment approval processes
Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with internal policies
Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
Support month-end closing activities and contribute to the preparation of financial reports
Accounts Payable Processor Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a CPG or related industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Racine, WI
