Responsibilities that Define Impact:
Regional Leadership: Lead all tactical & strategic HR functions for a flagship location, supporting 275+ employees.
Employee Relations Maven: Champion positive employer-employee relationships, fostering high morale and motivation among their 275+ employees.
Strategic HR Driver: Assess and anticipate HR needs, contributing to workforce planning and effective management of the headcount budget.
Talent Management Guru: Coach and guide the leadership team on all Talent Management activities, from performance management to succession planning. Show your creativity in setting recruiting strategies in a highly competitive location.
Field Enthusiast: Embrace visiting field sites within the Permian region, ensuring hands-on engagement and alignment of HR practices.
Requirements for Success:
Educational Excellence: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certification Advantage: PHR or SPHR Certification is a strong plus.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, service or field environment with prior experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Dynamic Leadership: A true Generalist background with demonstrated change management skills and excellent written & verbal communication at all levels. Has managerial courage, can stand your ground, gets engrained with leadership.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel. Knows how to extract and maneuver data to make decisions.
Versatility: Experience with multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and talent management. Spanish speaking skills also preferred.
