What You'll Be Doing: As our Indirect Procurement Manager, you'll be the go-to expert in logistics and 3PL warehousing. Working closely with our Supply Chain functional spend owners, you'll deliver improved cost and service levels. Your role includes developing and driving enterprise-wide spend leverage strategies, implementing initiatives for improved performance, and leading cross-functional teams to create best-in-class strategic sourcing strategies. What We Need From You: Bachelor's degree in supply management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is a must. 8 years of procurement, sourcing, or related experience is required. Training in financial analysis, strategic analysis, negotiation skills, and project management is crucial. Strong expertise within 3PL/Warehousing procurement is highly preferred.
