Core Requirements: - 3+ years of strong experience in customer service or account management
- Preferred college degree with strong communication skills
- Extensive customer service experience, adept at handling 90 or more calls daily
- Proven revenue generation through personal account relationships
- High accuracy and attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel, target and sales-driven, and a high-level interest in social gaming.
