Job description

If you are a Superintendent with Multi-family with experience, then look no further. We are one of the top General Contractors in North San Diego and we are looking to bring on the right Superintendent for a Podium-wrap Multi-family project coming up. If you have the below experience, please apply!

What You Will Be Doing

- Multi-family projects, mainly Type-1: Podium, wrap, garden-style apartments
- New Construction projects
- Managing job site crews
- Leading the project from start to finish
- Working with Project Management team to ensure project performs and meets deadlines, costs.

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of multi-family experience
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience
- High School Diploma
