Summary

Responsible for driving local and national platforms to build consumer brand awareness and equity for The Spirit of Gallo portfolio of brands. Functions as the point of contact for the Regional Marketing Team, brand teams, media teams, agency partners and local sales teams to deliver consumer centric regional marketing programs and execution to drive sales and distribution growth.

Essential Functions

•  Assists in the management of Local Media Planning including briefing, proposals, plan approvals and billing.
•  Manages local partnership activations. Works with local sales teams to identify accounts, communicates details of events to sales team, distributes event promotional materials and on-site management of events.
•  Manages communication and coordination of Experiential Marketing activities to ensure that they are executed within brand guidance
•  Supports local finance team, sales and Regional Marketing Managers to ensure that the co-invest budget tracker is accurate
•  Presents on behalf of brand teams at local GSMs. •  Assists in the identification of branding opportunities in OP and Retail accounts.
•  Provides brand education to management and account staff to support the promotion of all Spirit of Gallo brands.
•  Assists in the execution of local sports partnerships and identifies opportunities to better leverage local brand partnerships to deliver a strong ROI.
•  Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
•  Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, process engineering, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, process engineering or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Required to travel up to 25% of the time in order to conduct job duties.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor of Business Administration degree plus 4 years of Gallo brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Experience training and developing junior level brand marketers in executing brand and organizational objectives.
•  Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
•  Experience managing business operations and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles.
•  Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
•  Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
•  Experience writing speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
•  Skilled in interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
•  Experience performing work that is complex and varied in nature, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS database at an intermediate level; IRI, Brio and Spectra at a basic level.

Compensation

•  Hiring Hourly Range: $31.44 - $47.12/Hour
•  Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
