• Experience: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields is a valuable asset.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with welding tools and procedures is essential.
• Blueprint Literacy: Comfort with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physical workload, ensuring projects are completed with finesse.
• Bonus Points: Experience with PowerFab is a plus, though not required.
