Special Living Services (SLS) Case Manager Assistant
The SLS Case Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting the Special Living Services Case Managers in managing The Arc Fond du Lac's eight Adult Family Homes, including the Direct Support Professionals' work in the homes. These responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards/guidelines, and remaining in compliance with regulations set forth by the Department of Health Services; to ensure licensing continuation and exceptional client care. The SLS Case Manager Assistant is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to all residents.
