Job description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our team as the Manager of the Behavioral Health (BH) Transfer Center. If you have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree, hold three to five years of related clinical experience in Behavioral Health/Emergency Department oversight, and possess three years of experience leading telephonic clinical programs at scale, we invite you to apply.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
Three to five years of related clinical experience in Behavioral Health/Emergency Department oversight at a freestanding psychiatric hospital
Three years of experience leading telephonic clinical programs at scale, with a proven ability to effectively manage to service levels
Current Compact (Multistate) licensure as a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:

As the Manager of the Behavioral Health Transfer Center, you will lead the team to enhance operational performance, ensure timely services, and uphold sound clinical judgment among staff. Your role includes executing daily operations, providing coaching and mentorship to the team, and making timely decisions regarding service adjustments and changes.

You will be a key relationship builder, earning the confidence of your team and stakeholders involved in patient transfer activities. As the Subject Matter Expert for all things related to the BH Transfer Center, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
