Financial Service Associate

This is a contract opportunity.

This position is in-person.

About this Position:

The Fixed Income Cash Client Service Group (CSG), part of the broader Global Securities Operations department, facilitates cash Fixed Income business for institutional clients across diverse products and markets. Operating as a client-facing area within Operations, CSG ensures exceptional client service throughout the entire trade process life cycle, from post-execution to settlement. The dynamic and rewarding roles within CSG require adaptability and high performance to meet client needs and industry developments promptly. Currently, the department is structured with approximately twenty-two staff members organized into teams of about five Analysts/Associates, reporting to a Team Leader and a Director. As Financial Service Associate, you will be a pivotable part of this department’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completion of daily processing tasks,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk team environment.
• Responsible for investigating and resolving issues to ensure client on boarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing and settlement occurs in line with client service level agreements while minimizing risk to the Firm and client.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships at the operational middle / back-office level, as such developing detailed technical and product knowledge together
• Demonstrate excellent client service, communication, organization and prioritization skills.

Skills/Requirements

• Expected to become a subject matter expert, contribute to projects and initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders, including direct contact with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range:

• Pay Range: $18-19/HR
