HealthEdgeis on a missionto drive a digital transformation in healthcare through transaction automation and the enablement of real-time business and clinical engagement among healthcare payers, providers and patientsand we are excited to offer our summer internship program for the 6thyear!

HealthEdgeoffers a paid12-week virtualinternship programthatallows students towork on meaningful projects, learn about working in a SaaS company, and have fun along the way! While you are aligned to a specific team throughout the internship, you will get exposure to most of our departments and strategic initiatives via ourHealthEdge101 weekly series. In addition, we providespecial eventssuch as our Executive Roundtable and a Fireside Chat with our CEO . Butthat’snot all! You will alsohave the opportunity toparticipatein workshops focused on resume writing,presentations,interview preparation, and more.

We are currentlyhiring a Talent and Learning Intern to joinour People(HR) team.See below to learn more about the opportunity and see ifit’sa good fit for you!

As a Talent and Learning Intern, you’ ll hav e the ability to:

+ Support coordination of training initiatives including new hire orientation, professional developmentprograms, andleadershipdevelopment programs

+ Support the identification and design ofblendedlearning solutions

+ Support the back-end management of Learning Management System ( LMS ) administration to include course enrollments, certifications, knowledge assessments, learning paths, and internal training programs

+ Utilizetools to develop learning collateral and content including,presentations,one-pagers, quick reference guides, microlearning, andeLearning courses

+ Track andmonitormetricsthrough reporting and analytics

We ask that you are :

+ Currently pursuing a degree inInstructional Design,Instructional Technology,HumanResources Management

+ A strong verbal and written communicator

+ Collaborative

+ Resourceful and takeinitiative

+ Able to navigate ambiguity andchange

Extras! But not required :

+ Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia or othereLearningand video creation tools

+ Understanding of adult learning principles
