This positions focal point will be for acquisition ERP (Mincron) conversions and integrations, Mincron continuous improvement/issue resolution, third-party software and system integration, and training for all Credit/Mincron processes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the Mincron data acquisition conversion and integration process
- Embrace and lead Mincron/Credit continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage data flow for reporting and analytics
- Refine and standardize the forecasting process
- Participate with and collaborate with FP&A to continually improve dashboard reporting & analytics with Tableau
- All other ad hoc reporting as requested from senior leadership
- Responsible for working with IT to resolve all Mincron and Credit-related third-party software (Bectran, Billtrust, etc.) issues
- Responsible for testing all Mincron/third-party software fixes and process improvements in the pilot environment
- Responsible for all Mincron data uploads
- Develop training for Credit and Mincron processes
- Travel required for integrating acquisitions onto Mincron (up to 50%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred
- Previous experience in building materials distribution or construction industry a plus; experience in a multi-location environment preferred
- Excellent analytical skills required
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of business acumen, accounting, and finance concepts required
- Proficient skill with Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Working conditions
- Moderate travel requirements as needed for business purposes
- Work assignments may be completed remotely and/or available company offices/branches within respective markets
Physical requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or keyboard
- Heavy methods of verbal and auditory communication via phone, virtual calls, and/or email
