Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia Metro is offering a conscientious, motivated candidate an excellent hands-on opportunity to learn the appraisal business via one-on-one training with experienced appraisers in our territory (Philadelphia, Lancaster, York, Allentown; Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in NJ). As the largest national commercial real estate valuation and advisory services firm in North America, Valbridge Property Advisors has 80 offices across the US, with more than 675 staff members, 200 of whom are MAI designated. Four-year college degree (or working toward a degree), preferably with emphasis or major in real estate, finance or business
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Excellent report-writing skills
