BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per diem / prn Physical Therapist Senior for a per diem / prn job in East York, Pennsylvania.
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking experienced Physical Therapists, PT's for Per Diem, Weekend opportunities performing home health visits in Senior Living Facilities. These facilities are located throughout the following counties: Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, Dauphin, York, Adams and Lebanon.
One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required. As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
